Sessions
Every analysis you generate is saved to your account automatically, query, verses, analysis, and chat together.
A session is one research thread: the query you asked, the verses it returned, the analysis written for it, the sources cited, and any chat that followed. Signed-in users do not have to save anything — the session is written as the analysis finishes.
Getting back to a session
- Desktop — the sessions list runs down the left sidebar, newest first. Click a title to reopen it.
- Phone — tap the menu button in the header, or the Sessions tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Starting fresh — New Session on desktop, or the + button on a phone, clears the screen and starts an empty search.
Reopening a session restores the query, the verses, the saved analysis text, and the citation list, so the source numbers still resolve after a reload. Sessions saved before analyses were stored carry the query and verses but regenerate their analysis when you open them.
What is not stored
- The chat input history is per session, not per account. Conversations belong to the session they happened in.
- Nothing is stored locally on the device. Sessions live on the server against your account, which is why they survive a cleared browser and appear on your other devices.
- There is no export yet. PDF and Markdown export is on the Scholar-tier roadmap, not shipped.
Naming
Sessions are titled with the query that produced them. Searching Nephilim titles the session Nephilim; a search that produced no query text falls back to Scripture Research. A long research life is easier if the queries are specific.
Deleting
There is no per-session delete in the app today. If you need a session removed from your account, ask through the contact address on tricanon.app.
